Distance Sales Agreement

1) Parties

This agreement is concluded between the service provider myeasoft (the “Seller/Company”) and the user who makes a purchase through the platform (the “Buyer”).

2) Subject matter

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the terms under which the Buyer purchases credits/ packages and usage rights in the nature of digital services/digital content through the platform.

3) Product / service information

• Credit packages: usage rights consumed by automated message deliveries.
• Feature packages: additional permissions such as image sending or a shorter sending interval.
• Balance top-up: increasing the in-platform balance for use in later purchases.

The name, contents and tax-inclusive sale price of each package are shown clearly on the store page at the time of purchase.

4) Payment — cryptocurrency

Payments are collected in cryptocurrency through the NOWPayments infrastructure. The supported coins are listed on the payment page; the crypto amount payable is calculated by the provider at the exchange rate at the time of the order and fixed for the duration of the payment window.

• The Company does not collect or store card details.
• The Company has no access to the Buyer’s wallet or private keys.
• When the payment is confirmed by the blockchain network (finished), the service is applied to the Buyer’s account automatically. Confirmation may take a few minutes depending on the chosen network.
• Network (transaction) fees are borne by the Buyer; if an insufficient amount is sent, the service is not applied and the transaction is recorded as a “partial payment”.
• If the wrong network/coin is selected or funds are sent to an incorrect address, crypto assets may be unrecoverable; that risk lies with the Buyer.

5) Right of withdrawal and exceptions

Pursuant to Article 15/1-ğ of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

The Buyer accepts that performance begins once the credits/package are applied to the account and that the right of withdrawal ends at that point. For details, the Delivery and Refund Terms apply.

6) Rules of use

The Buyer undertakes to use the platform and the Telegram integration lawfully and accepts that the content of the messages sent, the required permissions and the resulting liability belong to the Buyer. In cases of spam, abuse or use contrary to legislation (in particular unsolicited commercial electronic messages under Turkish Law No. 6563), the account may be restricted and the agreement terminated.

7) Dispute resolution

Where the Buyer qualifies as a consumer, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary thresholds applicable for the relevant year.

8) Entry into force

By making a purchase through the platform, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all provisions of this agreement.
