1) Parties

This Privacy Agreement governs the data processing and confidentiality principles applicable to the use of the platform between the service provider myeasoft (the “Company”) and the user (the “User”).

2) Data collected

When creating an account: e-mail address, optional username and display name, an irreversible hash of your password.
When linking Telegram: phone number, Telegram user ID, username / full name.
For sessions and access: session cookie, failed-login counters, an irreversible hash of your IP address and technical logs.
For in-app usage: message texts and images, templates, scheduling settings, target group records (title/ID).
For payments: order number, amount, currency and payment status. No card data is collected or stored.

3) Purposes and legal grounds

Data is processed to provide the service and perform the contract, manage your account, ensure security, troubleshoot, provide support and comply with legal obligations. The full list of legal grounds is in section 3 of the Privacy Notice.

4) Storage and security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Your Telegram session key is stored encrypted in the database and is never sent to your browser. Passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes. The database is closed to external networks. Records whose retention period has expired are automatically deleted or anonymised.

5) Third parties

Crypto payments are processed through NOWPayments; only the order number and the amount are shared with that provider. In addition, the Telegram infrastructure, the e-mail (SMTP) provider and the hosting provider process data to a limited extent in order to run the service.

6) Your rights

You can obtain a copy of your data instantly from the panel with “Download my data”, and have your erasure/anonymisation request applied immediately with “Delete my account”. For other rights and the application procedure, see sections 8–9 of the Privacy Notice.

7) User responsibility

The User undertakes to use the platform in compliance with applicable law and is responsible for the lawfulness of the content sent to Telegram groups, for obtaining the necessary permissions and for the content itself. You are the data controller with respect to the content you send.
